The end of the Salal season in the United States has arrived. The pickers are either looking for a new job or collecting pine cones for the holidays. 

Salal is in full bloom right now. As a result, the forest is now a lovely shade of green and pink. These blooms will soon turn into berries, which will be used in sauces. These sauces are then drizzled over ice cream or meat. We will notify you as soon as the season resumes.
