Knowledge sharing leads to amazing results

Dutch grower Wichgert visited Barwon Downs Flowers, Forest Lodge and Zimflora. With his years of expertise in growing delphinium Elatum, Wichgert shared his knowledge with the Zimbabwean growers and tailored the cultivation to local conditions. The result is amazing - the Zimbabwean delphiniums are top quality and truly beautiful to look at!

Through the end of May, these delphiniums from Barwon Downs Flowers and Forest Lodge are available in a variety of colors and lengths.

Looking ahead to the upcoming season

The 2023/2024 delphinium season promises to be even grander. After a year of testing, Zimbabwean growers will start producing in a market-oriented manner. In which more acres will be dedicated to growing delphiniums. That means more high-quality delphiniums from Zimbabwe with a production period from October through the end of April (2024)
