Cynara is popularly known as artichoke. Most people also know artichoke as an edible product, which is especially nice to eat in the summer underneath the sun.

In our assortment you can find the ‘non-edible’ variety, under the name Cynara Red. This variety is available from southern Italy, where it is called ‘Carciofi’.

Cynara Red is available per 30 in a box and can be found in our assortment until mid-May.
