The fresh green Salal ( Gaultheria Shallon ) is also known as 'Apple Leaf', because of its apple-shaped leaves. Salal available in our assortment comes from the west coast of America. The leaf from this area is hard and of very good quality. We are currently receiving the new crop from America and it meets the aforementioned requirements. The new harvest arrived via air freight, which you can recognize by the caption 'Air' that has been added to the product name in our webshop.
