In the United States, our supplier Continental Floral Greens have started harvesting the new crop of Salal. The young Salal is lighter in colour and softer in structure. Therefore, it is more fragile than the green you bought in the past weeks. This will change for the better when the sun "cures" the leaves. 

We use airfreight to distribute the new Salal in order to preserve its freshness for as long as possible. 

Young Salal has a shorter vase life, thus we advise processing it as soon as you can.
