The harvest season of the new Salal crop has started and is available in our assortment. The leaves are 'young' and have a lighter colour and softer texture than older, mature leaves and is therefore more vulnerable. For that reason, we recommend fast processing. In the coming weeks, Salal will have an increasingly harder structure and darker colour.

Salal is flown in, so we can offer you this as fresh as possible. You can recognize the new Salal by the word "Air" in the name.
