Where do I adjust the delivery address?

At the moment it is not possible to adjust the delivery address yourself. Contact us at klantenservice@coloriginz.com to adjust your delivery address.

How do I adjust the delivery date?

Log in and go to a product list (such as "All products" or "Roses"). On top of this list you see a calendar and the soonest possible departure date. Click on the calendar to change the departure date.

Please note that you can only have one delivery date active. If you wish to have a delivery on an additional day as well, you need to create a separate order for this date.

How do I change my order?

When an item is placed into the shopping chart, a 15-minute timer automatically starts counting down. If no additional products are added to the shopping chart, the order will be automatically placed after 15 minutes. 

For removing an item from the shopping chart (while the timer is counting down), go to the shopping chart and to the product you wish to remove and choose 'remove item from chart'. 

For adjusting the amount of a product (while the timer is counting down), go to your shopping chart and to the item you wish to adjust. On the right side (next to the price of the product) you can adjust the amount.

How do I cancel (parts of) my order?
