Availability & Processing
Rosehips from Rosefruits are available at Coloríginz from September until December.
In early September, Rosefruits begins the harvesting of green rosehips that transition from green to orange and finally to a deep red as they ripen. As soon as the striking red color emerges, the experienced production team springs into action, ensuring the timely harvesting, cutting, cleaning, and thorn-free processing of the stems before winters sets in on the fields.
To maintain their freshness, the rosehips are stored in a cool, humid environment.
