How do I create an account?

Do you wish to become a customer on our platform?  Please go to this page and fill out the form. We will review your details and contact you as soon as possible.

How do I change/reset my password?

Forgot your password or are you logging in for the first time? Please follow these five steps to (re)set your password.
 

 
  1. Go to this page;
  2. Click on 'forgot?;'
  3. Enter your username (which you've received from us) and click on 'reset password';
  4. Within a few minutes you will receive an email from us containing the link to reset your password. You can only use this link once. Click on the link, enter your new password and click on 'confirm';
  5. Go back to the webshop and enter your username and new password and log in.

Where do I change my personal details?

When you are logged in, click on the person_outline symbol in the top right corner of this site. In this menu you can change your personal details, such as your email adress, title, name and phone number. Or click on the following links: 
 

 
  • Do you wish to change your name and/or phone number? Click here (you may be asked to log in first)
  • Do you wish to change your email adress? Click here (you may be asked to log in first).

How do I set my favourites?

When you often order the same products, it may save time to mark your favourite products. Everything you mark as your 'favourite' will be saved on your favourites list. You can set your favourite products by clicking on the heart-icon next to every product.

Where do I find my favourites?

When you are logged in, simply click on the person_outline icon in the top right corner and select favourites from the drop-down menu. You will now see the list featuring all the products that were marked with the heart icon (your favorite products).

How do I add extra users to my account?

You need to be an administrator on your account in order to add extra users. If you are an administrator on your account please follow the next steps:
 

 
  • When you are logged in, click on the business icon on the top right corner of this site. In this menu, choose 'company overview'.
  • On the company overview page, click on your company name on the left side of the page
  • You can now create either a new admin or a new purchaser, adjust the rights of a an existing administrator or purchaser or delete (a) user(s). 
  • If you are adding a new user to your account, click on 'new' on the right side of the user overview.  Fill out the data and choose the role (administrator or purchaser), and click on safe. - You have now added a new user to your account! They can log in by using the username you just filled in. The user only needs to set their password. Learn how to do so by clicking here. 
  • If you want to change the role of a user on the account, click on either 'add existing user as administrator' or 'add existing user as purchaser' on the right side of the user overview. Go to the user who's rights you wish to edit and either check or uncheck the boxes next to their name. 
  • You can delete users by clicking on 'X' next to their names. The user is now deactivated and can no longer log in.
